- Setelah satu jam, kempeskan adonan, taburi tepung terigu sedikit dialasnya lalu gilas adonan berbentuk persegi panjang (seperti gambar dibawah). Oleskan margarin dan taburi kayu manis bubuk serta gula palm.
- Gulung adonan lalu potongpotong adonan, dan tata diloyang ukuran 20x20 atau bisa jg menggunakan alumunium foil. Istirahatkan adonan selama 45 menit..
- Panaskan oven dgn suhu 180derajat (sesuaikan oven masingmasing). Setelah 45 menit panggang dioven selama 30menit.
- Angkat dan sajikan. Beri topping sesuai seleraa yah.
